释义	娄东十子又称“太仓十子”。指清初顺治、康熙间太仓诗人周肇、王揆、许旭、黄与坚、王撰、王昊、王抃、王曜升、顾湄、王摅。十人籍贯均为江苏太仓，古称娄东。以吴伟业辑刊《太仓十子诗选》行世而得名。姚莹《识小录》称：“（十子）大抵师法梅村，故诗皆以绵丽为工，悲壮为骨，中以端士（王揆）、伊人（顾湄）、虹友（王摅）为最。”沈德潜《国朝诗别裁集》又认为王昊是“十子中尤铮铮有声者”。十人于吴伟业为后进晚辈，与吴伟业一起形成清初娄东诗派，对清诗繁荣有所贡献。
