中俄科塔界约又称《科布多界约》、《科布多界志》或《喀巴河上定约》。沙俄强迫清政府订立的界约，系《中俄伊犁条约》的子约之一。光绪九年七月十日（1883.8.12），由伊犁参赞大臣升泰、科布多帮办大臣额尔庆额与沙俄代表巴布科夫（И. Ф. Бабков）、彼甫佐夫（М. В. Певчов）签于哈巴阿赛哩乌兰奇巴尔。凡五条。具体划定了斋桑湖以东地区自赛哩乌兰岭（萨乌尔岭）的木斯岛山西脚至阿克哈巴河源的中俄边界，沙俄由此割占了阿拉别克河以西，以及该河河口以南经迈哈布奇盖至木斯岛山一线以西与旧界间的中国领土。
