释义	滇蜀铁路总公司官商合办企业。由云南在籍绅士陈荣昌、罗瑞图等倡议，于清光绪三十一年（1905）三月创设，经云贵总督丁振铎奏准立案。筹集盐、粮各股，拟筑昆明至四川叙州（今宜宾）之间铁路。后以工程困难，路未修成，耗费路股二百余万两。1917年停办。
