释义	灶籍元、明、清户籍之一种。即登录从事制盐人户之户籍。隶此籍之灶户，世代承袭，不得改籍。元、明均控制很严。明嘉靖后控制稍弛，然恳请归民籍而获准者，为数极少。清代灶丁所负担的灶课、丁银摊入地亩征收后，仍保留灶籍。明代之户籍分为军、民、匠、灶四种，清代之户籍分为军、民、商、灶四种。
