释义	瓦尔喀部清初东海三部之一。因河得名。指自完颜金迄明末，进入朝鲜及其近境的女真人。大体分为两部：一、东海瓦尔喀，北沿今乌苏里江口至江源，图们江口至江源两岸，鸭绿江与图们江之间诸海岛，清初辖有额赫库伦部、斐优城、安楚拉库部等地；二、长白山瓦尔喀，由兴京南瓦尔喀江抵鸭绿江两岸，辖有今怀仁、通化、辑安，乃至珲春（此为北境）等地。明万历三十五年（1607）为努尔哈赤所并。
