释义	穷水又名安风水，即今沣河。源于今安徽霍邱县西南，流经县西，结流为陂，谓之穷陂。即今城西湖的前身。陂水四分，灌溉农田。出陂后北流注入淮水。公元前515年楚师与吴师遇于穷，即在此水旁。
