释义	陕西铁路有限公司商办企业。清光绪三十一年十二月（1906.1）陕西巡抚曹鸿勋曾倡议设立公司修筑西安潼关间铁路。三十四年十一月由其后任恩寿奏请成立，经邮传部核准设立西潼铁路有限公司。以阎迺竹为坐办总理，晏安澜为驻京总理，刘昌晋、王文海为坐办协理。至宣统三年（1911）仅招股八十余万两，路工亦未开筑。清政府决定铁路干线国有政策后，恩寿奏请改归官办。1912年西潼路划归陇海铁路。
